What is the booking process?
Select your preferred hall, choose your date and time slot, fill in your event details and make payment online. You will receive a confirmation immediately.
Can I inspect the hall before booking?
Yes, you are welcome to schedule a site visit. Contact us at +234 803 443 8141 or support@olakitan.top to arrange a tour.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have ample parking space within the premises for guests and vendors.
Do you provide catering?
We do not provide catering directly but we have an in-house kitchen that your preferred caterer can use. We can also recommend trusted catering partners.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 30% charge.
Can I decorate the hall?
Yes, you are free to decorate the hall. Our team can also recommend decoration vendors if needed.

Spacious and well equipped
Booked Royal Hall for our company awards night. The hall is massive, well ventilated and the AV equipment is top quality. Generator backup ensured no power interruption throughout the event.

Great experience from booking to event day

Perfect for large gatherings
The Royal Hall easily accommodated all 450 of our guests with room to spare. Sound system was excellent and the stage lighting made everything look professional. Will definitely book again.

Excellent venue for our wedding
We hosted our wedding reception at the Royal Hall and it was absolutely magnificent. The hall was beautifully set up, air conditioning was perfect and the staff were very attentive. Our guests could not stop talking about the venue. Highly recommended!
