What is the booking process?
Select your preferred hall, choose your date and time slot, fill in your event details and make payment online. You will receive a confirmation immediately.
Can I inspect the hall before booking?
Yes, you are welcome to schedule a site visit. Contact us at +234 803 443 8141 or support@olakitan.top to arrange a tour.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have ample parking space within the premises for guests and vendors.
Do you provide catering?
We do not provide catering directly but we have an in-house kitchen that your preferred caterer can use. We can also recommend trusted catering partners.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 30% charge.
Can I decorate the hall?
Yes, you are free to decorate the hall. Our team can also recommend decoration vendors if needed.

Accessible location
Very easy to find and accessible from Ago Palace Way. Ample parking for our guests. The hall itself is well maintained and comfortable.

Intimate birthday party
Booked Emerald Hall for my wife surprise birthday party. The intimate setting was perfect and our guests had a wonderful time. Easy to decorate and very clean.

Perfect for small events
Emerald Hall is ideal for small private events. We used it for a business seminar of 70 people and it was very comfortable with excellent AV facilities.
