How will I receive payment for bookings?
Payments are processed securely through the platform. Once a booking is confirmed and the event date has passed, your earnings are transferred to your registered bank account, minus the platform commission. You can track all payouts from your vendor dashboard.
How do I list my event hall?
After registering as a vendor, go to your dashboard and click "Add New Listing". Fill in your hall name, location, capacity, photos, pricing, and available time slots. Your listing will be reviewed and published within 24 hours.
How do I manage my hall’s availability?
From your vendor dashboard, navigate to the Calendar section of your listing. You can block out dates, set open hours, and define half-day or full-day availability at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
What is the platform commission?
Isic Event Center charges a 10% commission on each completed booking. This covers payment processing, customer support, and platform maintenance. There are no monthly fees or hidden charges.
