What is the booking process?
Select your preferred hall, choose your date and time slot, fill in your event details and make payment online. You will receive a confirmation immediately.
Can I inspect the hall before booking?
Yes, you are welcome to schedule a site visit. Contact us at +234 803 443 8141 or support@olakitan.top to arrange a tour.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have ample parking space within the premises for guests and vendors.
Do you provide catering?
We do not provide catering directly but we have an in-house kitchen that your preferred caterer can use. We can also recommend trusted catering partners.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 30% charge.
Can I decorate the hall?
Yes, you are free to decorate the hall. Our team can also recommend decoration vendors if needed.

Great seminar hall
The hall is well suited for seminars and training. Good lighting, comfortable seating and reliable AV equipment. Will definitely use again.

Cozy and well equipped
Topaz Hall is perfect for medium sized events. Clean, air conditioned and well equipped. We used it for a birthday party of 100 guests and everyone had a wonderful time.
